Celebrating Santa Barbara's Gem: Montecito

Translated from Spanish as "little mountain", Montecito is a beautiful little town in Santa Barbara County. Fun fact: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are residents! The town of Montecito features quaint, relaxing, and premium luxury lifestyle.

Where to Stay

It's such a beautiful little town, however the options of lodging are limited in Montecito specifically. If your heart is set on Montecito, I would absolutely recommend the Montecito Inn - a boutique style hotel that features the the luxurious lifestyle and accommodations.

If you're looking for a splurge, the Rosewood Miramar is such a dream. Beware: the nightly rates start at $1,700.

Where to Eat

The majority of the restaurants are in the heart of 'downtown' Montecito. Some of my favorites were:

• Tre Lune

• And you MUST grab breakfast & pastries at Jeannine's

Montecito definitely stole mine and Kona Lou's hearts - you can be sure that we'll be back.
