While more like a Coronado Island travel guide, Hotel del Coronado is the true hallmark of the little island outside of downtown San Diego. Staying at "the del" was such a dream, and not to mention, the property featured so many unique historical learnings - given that the property has been around since 1888!

Things to Do:
Shopping - The Del features several boutique shops on-site where you can find retail, accessories, beach wear, and more.
Spa and Salon - If you are looking for a relaxing experience, the Del's spa and salon services are top-notch and always feature great client service.
And of course... go to the beach!
Where to Eat:
Serēa - For a coastal, sea-to-table experience, Serēa is a no-brainer. It was such a cool experience seeing the freshly cooked seafood be served table side.
Sheerwater - I highly recommend coming here for a regular breakfast.
Beach & Taco Shack - This is a perfect eatery for a beach day.
Sundaes - For a sweet treat, Sundaes has delicious gelato with a variety of flavors.
Eno Market - While they have a pizza place, the market is perfect for grab-and-go delights. Of course, they have a delicious croissant.
I absolutely loved staying at the Del and learning about the history of the property. Beware: there are some ghost stories (but I mean, if you've been around since 1888, isn't that obvious?).
Warmly,
Eloiza
